Happy Friday!! Today I wanted to share some behind the scene shots of a recent wedding. These photos show me in action on a wedding day, but there’s so much more to the behind the scenes than what you can see. And that’s really what I want to share. People ask me all the time why did you become a wedding photographer? The answer: for all the magic little moments I get to capture!! But when I answer that question I also like to give a little detail into how that magic happens. This profession is so rewarding but also comes with extensive responsibility. Wedding photography is a tough job. There are technical skills to know: the correct settings, lighting, and timing for beautiful shots. But even more importantly is the intuition and creativity part of the job. Being able to capture the emotions at exactly the right time and knowing when they will happen. All of these skills combined result in lovely wedding days, exited happy couples and a satisfied photographer.
